The teams for tomorrow's race at Cumbernauld are here. Another great turn out from the ladies and men. However, if you do have to pull out between now and tomorrow, please let Russell or I know as early as you can. Once Russell has declared these teams and the running order at registration, the teams cannot be changed. The ladies start at 1:40, the men at 2:30.
Parking/changing/registration/refreshments are at Cumbernauld High School, South Kildrum Ring Road, Cumbernauld G67 2UF about 1 mile from the race course. There are major road works on the A80 and in Cumbernauld, so leave plenty of time. Click here for a map.
