Illness has forced some team changes. Please note the changed running order in the C and D teams.
Another impressive response this week. The teams and running order are at this link. If you cannot make the event or need a change of leg to an earlier or later leg, then please contact me or Russell as soon as possible as we have to declare the team running order at least half and hour before the race starts. Note that there is 1 place available in the ladies team and 1, possibly 2 places available in the men's D team. Most of the club have been declared as reserves for this race, so if you are available and not listed in any of the teams, please leave a comment or send an e-mail and I can let you know if you are entered or not. The race incorporates the masters district championship and Scottish Athletics medals will be awarded to the first three F40 and M40 teams.
The ladies race starts at 12:40. The senior men's race starts at 1:30. If you can go along early, then the children's races are on from 11:30 and the many young Harriers competing would appreciate a shout of support.
