Race number 4 in the Grand Prix is the Lanarkshire Road Relay to be held next Saturday 16th October in Drumpellier Park, Coatbridge. Please indicate your availability using this form or let Russell or I know at the club through the week. Team running order will be selected after training on Thursday, 4 legs per men's/mixed teams and 3 legs per ladies team. Each leg is 4km, all within the grounds of Drumpellier Park. The senior race starts at 13:15 (men and women together). As usual, everyone will get a run, it does not matter if teams are complete or not. Here are the names we have so far.
The race declarations are at the Visitor Centre off Townhead Road and the race starts close to there.

I will not be at the club tonight as I would like to go to my rambling club to sign on for a walk in the Pentlands on Sunday. See you all on Thursday.By which time I hope there is twice as many names on this list.
