The teams for tomorrow's West District XC Relays are listed here. If you have to withdraw, then please let either Russell or I know as soon as possible, preferably before 1200 on Saturday so that the teams can be re-arranged. Once the teams are declared to the organisers we cannot change them.
Changing is at St Ambrose School as shown in the map below.
