Very well done to Mary Goldsmith on breaking the 4 hour barrier for the first time at today's Loch Ness Marathon, completing the course in 3:57:24. Mary said she can die happy now but we must remind her that she has a whole load of performance awards to collect first including this bronze standard for the marathon. Mary is the only Harrier to achieve a full set of performance awards this year at 5k, 10k, 10 mile, half marathon and marathon.
