The west district xc relays are this Saturday 8th Oct and will take place in Drumpellier Park Coatbridge.
We have 4 Male teams entered and 1 Ladies team.
There is a space for 2 more males so if ive entered you on the reserve list and want a run see me before thursday

Alan will pick the running order after training on Thursday and i need Ladies to turn up for the race at 11.50 and the men at 12.40 anybody that cant make it let myself or Alan know.
