Can i ask that if your racing in GP events this year that you make sure you have either mine or Alans mobile number so that if you cant make the event by the time ive asked you to be there i can still do my own preperations rather than waiting in a school or hall wondering when and if everyone will turn up. This way if people are running late (things do happen) if ive asked you to turn up by a certain time i know your on your way (or not) and i can declare the teams and go and do my own thing.
