The Grangemouth 10k has been a regular feature in the Harriers Grand Prix series since the GP started in the early 1990's. This years race is on Sunday 16th April and once again incorporates the British Masters 10k Road Race Championships. Entries are already open and this race fills up quite quickly. There is a separate entry process for those Masters runners (35 and over) wishing to participate in the British Masters Championship.
