Club Training Monday 2nd January

As many Harriers will have run during the day, Monday's run is a steady run down the Queensway to the Holiday Inn, along the Stewartfield bypass to Kingsgate and back up the Kingsway. Sticking to the main pavements in the hope that they are gritted but in any case watch out for icy patches and communicate within your pack.
