Club Training Monday 9th January

On Monday we return to Lickprivick for further strength and running economy development via hill reps. The session is the same as done before Christmas as follows:

1 x 3 minute up hill at 5k effort, jog back down the same way you went up
3 x 2 minute up hill at 5k effort, jog back down
2 x 1 minute up hill at 5k effort, jog back down
4 x 30 seconds up hill fast, jog back down

Focus on maintaining a powerful stride so that the muscles are being exercised through their full range.

Warm up easily to Lickprivick via the Murray Road and return the same way.
