Club Training Monday 23rd January

Monday's session returns to Lickprivick via the usual warm-up route. The total duration of hill reps is the same as in the previous two Lickprivick sessions but the rep durations are different this time. The session is 6 x 2 minutes (at about a 5k race effort level) with a jog down recovery and finishing with 2 x 30 seconds harder with a jog down. Return to the club the reverse of the run out.

This session is intended to improve oxygen capacity and running efficiency by improving leg power and stride length. Thursday's session will be a threshold session.
