As promised, Thursday's run is a run without reps as we take this week a little bit easier overall. The route is dependent on the underfoot conditions. If the pavements are not icy, then do a steady run around the 4-hills (by steady I mean something a bit slower/easier than half-marathon to marathon pace/effort level). It's just over 9 miles which is a fairly typical distance for a Thursday session.
If the pavements are icy, then it's the golf course also at a relatively steady pace/effort. Do 3 laps of the GC.
