This years Masters xc will take place in Forres on Sat 30th Jan. Only those men and women over the age of 40 are eligible for this championship event.
Ladies start at 1.30pm and run over a 6k course.
Men start at 2.15pm and run over an 8k course.
Men over 65 will run with the ladies.
Cost is £6.00 and should be paid in advance.
I need names by Thursday 14th Jan no later than at training.
