This is EKAC 3rd year running their open cross country event which takes place on Saturday 16th January. As usual it is based at O'Cathian Farm, Hay Hill Road, Jackton, G74 5AN.
Ladies start at 1:45pm and run over a 6.3k course (3 big laps). The ladies is a combined age group race consisting of Seniors, Veterans and under 20 women.
Men start at 2:20pm and run over a 8.4k course (4 big laps). The mens is also a combined age group race consisting of Seniors, Veterans and under 20 men.
Entry is on the day and declarations are open from 11am. Cost is £5.00 for SAL members and £7.00 for non SAL members. Prize list for all ages including Masters over 40.
There is a copy of the poster on the club notice board in the Sports Club.
