Teams for the West District XC Relays are listed here. Please refer to the earlier post from Russell for further details. Note that there are two places available in a mens team and two places available in a ladies team from the list of reserves published in Russell's earlier post. A rare chance to run on Hamilton Race Course, venue for the first ever international cross country race over 100 years ago, so a very historic place in the world of cross country running and right on our doorstep!
