The LAAA Road Relays will take place on Sat 19th Oct at Drumpellier Park Coatbridge.
It's the normal format of 4km legs.
Teams of 4 for Men and 3 for Ladies.
Cost is £1.25 each and race starts at 1.15pm.
I need names by training on 17th Oct.
