No need for a GSR blog report because we have a full report on TV courtesy of the BBC. Well done to David Searil for an excellent 5 minutes or so in the limelight proudly displaying the club jacket and vest in pre and post race interviews and even more congratulations for 21 Glasgow Half's in a row (although I think that both Davy and Russell exceeded that number of Islay "half's" in one evening this year). The full GSR coverage including Davie's piece to camera should be on BBC iPlayer later today at this link for those that missed it. Davie is in the last 20 minutes or so.
Of course we still look forward to receiving a full written report and results for all the Harriers who took part in the 10k and half marathon.

Great interview David & a fantastic achievement of 21 half marathons. I could only achieve that on my bike. Best exposure for the club I've seen.
I watched all three hours of the TV coverage of the GSR and it was an unexpected surprise when David's interview came on. It was great that they also managed to catch up with him after the race.
Well done David on achieving 21 Great Scottish run's in a row!

You've been practicing in front of the mirror with a hair brush. Great interview both before and after and making sure you had the club badge in both job well done.
