"It was ace and the best £20 I have ever spent… the whole way round the more mud I fell into the bigger the smile…in fact I think every long Sunday run should be like this".
We should hear no more complaints of Brancumhall cross country training being too mucky! Speaking of which, Brancumhall cross country training starts on Monday 13th October. Bring your normal road shoes and your preferred XC shoe to the club as usual. Your XC shoes will be transported to the venue by car from where the reps will commence around the perimeter of the well manicured football pitches.
