The lanarkshire road relays are this saturday 18th Oct
Could everyone who intends to run please let myself or Alan know at the club on thursday night or leave a comment on this blog
The race for senior and U/20 men and women starts at 1.45pm but please arrive no later than 1pm teams of 4 for men and 3 for women
Can i also remind everyone that we need at least 2 marshalls to be supplied
so if you cant run please come along and marshall so we can continue our participation in this event

I'll do this.
Come on Harriers and support this event. We have a decent record in it. We were 3rd in 2004 and 4th last year. At the very least, it is a good chance for race experience in a more low key environment.
