Except for those who were racing Tom Scott (who should do this run as an easy run if coming up to the club) the session is becoming more 10k to 10 mile specific as we approach the Summer racing season.
The session is at Langlands Place and consists of 6 x 800m at 10k pace, with 1 minute stand/jog on the spot recoveries followed by 4 x 400m at 5k pace with 1 minute recoveries.
Thursday's session is a threshold session at Carron Place. I will be overseas with work, so the session may get posted at a strange time.
