Club Training Monday 2nd October

Given the superb performances by so many in the club on Sunday, Monday is a post-race run. For those who raced, use this as an opportunity to ease the legs off and aid your recovery by getting the legs moving gently rather than letting them seize up through several days of no running.

The route is a gentle downhill on the Kingsway to the Whirlies and then down East Mains Rd. Turn left past the railway station along to Lidl and back up Churchill Avenue to the Strathaven Rd and the club. No efforts; nice and easy does it.

Thursday will be 400's and 200's.
