Training Monday 31st August

Updated due to typo! You would have managed fine I'm sure! 
Moving on slightly from last week, the 10k pace session is:

3 sets of 2 x 800m + 2 x 400m, 30 sec between reps and 2 minutes between sets. 

Its the same total distance as last week.
