This Sunday sees us in the National 6 + 4 Stage relays in Livingstone.
We have 1 Ladies and 2 Mens teams entered.
One of the Mens teams will be a M50 team.
Those entered are Kay Conneff, Sandy Hayden, Frances Ferguson and Joanne McEvoy.
R Couper, A Deriick, A Henderson, C McDougall, D Watt, R Lawton, G McInally and E Reid.
This leaves 2 places in the mens team if any reserves want a run.
Those on the reserve list are J Beveridge, K Allen and A Lessells (only if anyone drops out)
J Holmes, K Leinster, S Waugh, M Duthie, M Saez, K Harvey, M Howell, G Mullen, S Phimister, I Rae, G Ramage, D Searil, J Shields, H Simpson, C Steven.
