Two Harriers turned up to race at the Paisley 10K today, and both managed to produce amazing times. First of all the ever improving Andy Buchanan smashed his previous PB by over a minute in a time of 34 minutes and 38 seconds, finishing in 10th place over all.
A course best for Jamie McMonagle also meant his fastest 10K time in 5 years. Crossing the line in 36 minutes and 22 seconds, Jamie finished in 26th position in a field of over 600.
A good finish to the month for both Harriers.
