A great turnout tonight in good, windless conditions. Many continued their steady improvement in time or at least came to within a matter of seconds of their previous best times, so well done to all for keeping the effort going. Fastest time of the day and the new season record went to Andy Buchanan in 16:50. Fastest lady was Dawn Buchanan (25:03), fastest youth was Ewan Murray (20:14), fastest junior was Stephen Reilly (19:00) and fastest vet was Charlie MacDougall (18:08). All the times are here:
