Teams for tomorrow are listed here. Note that there is an M50 (team of 3) category in the race and we have therefore entered a team. The M40 and senior teams are teams of 4. See Russell's post below for further instructions. If anyone has to pull out (or any of the many possible reserves listed are able to run), please let Russell or me know before lunchtime tomorrow. There are 3 places available for any reserves who can run.
