Please leave a comment here or speak directly to Russell to confirm your availability to help with the marshalling, registration, etc, remembering to state at what time you can be available from (preparations start in the afternoon with course marking).

Russell I will be there at 4 pm at the earliest as I on a course at Auchengillen which is due to finish about 2 pm that day.
I'll try to be there for around 5pm but will no doubt be straight into typing entry forms into the computer.

(ps - it is likely that our young seniors and juniors will be running the 10k as a team. I'll discuss with Russell and advise)
