Perfect conditions tonight, an excellent turnout and some impressive times. The biggest improvers were Linda White in 24:55 (2 minute improvement) and Mary Goldsmith 22:09 (1:37 improvement and a bronze performance standard). Fastest man was Colin Freeman (17:53 pb) and fastest lady was Mary. There were also pb/cb's for Clare Brady, Russell Couper, Scot Hill, Jim Holmes, Don Kennedy, Kenny Leinster, Brian McDougall, Stephen Phimister, Eddie Reid and Jamie Wood. First timers Katrina Downie, Chas Steven, Billy Buchanan and Ian McKenzie now all have targets to aim for. All the times can be viewed using the menu on the left.
