Former Harrier Davie Mullen is celebrating his 50 th birthday next Friday in the Calderwood Inn 7.30 pm - midnight ( upstairs ). Davie was a member of the club during the first 10 years of the club 1984 - 1994 and has been a supporter of many of our events ever since. He is fondly remembered by those of us who have been in the club since its infancy. Davie was instrumental in making the Islay trip a Harriers favourite outing and he represented the club at many races with vigour even after overcoming serious illness.
If anybody would like to attend please post a note asap and I will make arrangements for the club to honour him.
