Rouken Glen 10k - Grand Prix Update

Although I couldn't be there to see it, the Grand Prix is hotting up following the Rouken Glen 10k.

The lady's results were as follows with Frances extending her GP lead in an excellent time and Mary consolidating second place. However, Sandra now has a joker.

There are still two events remaining in the Lady's Grand Prix; the EK Half and the Vertical Mile.

With only the Vertical Mile to go in the men's GP, Jim Holmes has now tied with Kenny Davidson for first place and Eddie Reid and David Herbertson are tied for third place with Russell Couper close behind.
