Club Training Monday 22nd May - Chatelherault

Given that Wednesday is the Land O'Burns 10k in which many of the Harriers will be participating, Monday's Chatelherault lap should be taken super easy.

As usual, if you are going to the sports club either to give a lift or requiring a lift, put the venue as EKSC on the registration form and be there ready to leave at 7pm. For those going direct to Chatelherault, enter "Training Venue" and be at Chatelherault for 7:30.
