For those needing a lift or to travel in convoy, we are leaving the Sports Club at 10:30am tomorrow. The 10k starts at 12:30 but parking is usually some distance from registration and registration (to pick up your number and chip) is usually very busy. Remember to bring your EntryCentral E-mail confirmation of your entry.

Good luck to everyone from the club that is running at Grangemouth, sadly I won't be there tomorrow. Looks like the weather will be cooler with light showers which can make for comfortable temperature to run a race. Remember runners don't stop when they are tired they stop when they are done....Go Harriers!
