Due to the Rouken Glen 10k moving back to its traditional Thursday evening (21st June), the Vertical Mile has moved to Monday 25th June as several Harriers have expressed an interest in doing the Rouken Glen event.

I think Stephen has arrangged work so he can do the race on the 21st. He is half way through his holiday and not back to confirm this till the weekend. I don't think it would be fair if he missed out in taking part.
Note that the decision to change the date is final. There are good reasons for making the change which I will be happy to discuss with anyone in person but I will not enter into a debate on it on the blog. However I will re-assure you that the change is certainly not for my benefit as I will be unable to do the vertical mile (or the Rouken Glen 10k) on either night.
