Notice from Chas

Just to let everyone know I won't be at the club on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday as I have to visit my dad in hospital as he recovers from a hip operation . I will be there on Wednesday for the young athletes training. See you all soon and lets have a big turnout at the McAndrew relay as the club will be officially 25 years old in October.
