The History of Cross Country
Here is an interesting article summarising the history of XC running as we approach the annual World XC Championships. Quite inspiring and the author of the article is scheduled to compete in the M80 category at the World Masters XC Championships and exudes enthusiasm for our sport. Enjoy!
