Club Training Monday 13th February - Brancumhall

With both the National and the Scally following in relatively close succession over the next 2 to 4 weeks, we are starting to sharpen up the training a little bit. Tomorrow's Brancumhall XC session should be relatively dry underfoot and therefore good for faster paced running. The session is as follows:

10 x 2 sides at 5k effort, jog 1 side recovery. The Brancumhall lap has 4 sides of different lengths therefore, the efforts will vary by 50 to 100m or so. The total lap is about 800m, so the reps will be 400m give or take 50m to 100m.
