First GAAA XC Endurance Training Session this Saturday at Bellahouston Park

The first of this year's GAAA training sessions takes place this Saturday morning at Bellahouston Park. Further details in this previous blog post.

The first rep starts at 10:30 sharp. Therefore, arrive fully warmed up and changed into your off road shoes. Also look out for the organisers and coaches with clipboards who need your name and club before the session starts. The Bella session is usually on the "cricket pitch" which is behind the swimming pool.

There can be 80 to 100 runners doing these sessions covering a wide range from juniors to veterans. Anyone in our club will manage. The sessions usually consist of 3 minute reps. The only rule is that once you reach your limit in terms of number of reps done, you drop out and do not rejoin the session after skipping a rep.
