Club Training Monday 3rd October

A well deserved post-race easy recovery run for Monday evening. The route is a right turn out of the Calderglen main entrance and then right again on the lane past Colonsay field and down by Mull. From there climb up onto High Common Road and continue through St Leonards as if going to Brancumhall but continue on up to Calderwood Square. On the way down to the Whirlies, turn first left and into Burns Park and use the footbridge to cross the Kingsway. Continue on to East Mains Rd down to West Mains Rd but turn left past the railway station and along to Lidl and up Churchill Avenue back to the club. In a recovery run, the effort should be totally conversational.

Note that Thursday will be reps.
