At the end of September Russell had posted that Morgan ran a brilliant 5k pb at Strathclyde Parkrun achieving 23:30. Yesterday she ran the Victoria Park 5k Parkrun and got another Pb by 5 seconds.
Well done Morgan keep up the good work.
