Ladies run 4 x 4k and Men 4 x 4k
F40, F50 and M50 teams are 3 legs
Start times for Ladies is 1.20pm and Men 2.45pm.
Cost is £6 each which should be paid in advance.
I need names by Monday 8th Oct so don't delay
