Please arrive in plenty of time. I need Ladies at the course by 11.40 and men by 12.40 .
Anyone who hasn't paid please bring your race fee with you on Sunday.

Men's race isn't until 14:45, do you really need us there at 12:40?
Andy, you are looking at the wrong blog post. It's the national xc Relay post not the west District. Need you there for 13:45 for race start at 14:45
