I hope you're well and Calderglen Harriers is enjoying the summer.
I wanted to touch base because the last two events we've put on, a lot of local running clubs & their runners complained to us that we didn't let them know about our event, and we got a slap on the wrists.
So with that in mind, we've got an event on Sat 6th Aug and Sun 7th Aug at Hopetoun House and you and your colleagues are welcome to join.
We put on the event in Manchester and Clapham Common (London) last year but had quite a few upset emails from local runners and their respective clubs who said they didn't know about it and we want to avoid making that mistake again!
The actual event is an obstacle event called Rough Runner, set over a distance of 5km, 10km or 15km. Along the way we build massive obstacles that have been inspired by TV game shows like Gladiators, Total Wipeout and Ninja Warrior, and the whole event is focused on a fun experience that still gives you a huge sense of achievement.

The event is just a month away, on Sat 6th & Sun 7th October at Hopetoun House, Queensferry, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH30 9SL, but being a runner, you'll probably be well prepared for it with no need to train!
