I have updated this season's performance standards achieved so far. I have mainly captured Grand Prix races or races for which we have had a blog report with results confirmed. Please check to determine if I have missed any since this season started on 1st October 2012.

Hi Alan My time for the 5k time trial was 19.31 it is a bronzs standard
