Mary Goldsmith has been the most prolific Harrier at this event, competing every fortnight since the end of January. In the 4 events completed, her best time so far was 22:23 in her third event, a time that puts her well up the age group rankings.
Stuart Waugh, Stephen Phimister and Davie Searil have each made one appearance recording times of 20:29, 19:42 and 24:07 respectively.
This is a great way to monitor your fitness improvement in a competitive environment without taking too much out of yourself. The times also count towards the Harriers Performance Awards, so lets see the Harriers continue to support this event.
