The Track is Back!
Due to popular demand (at least two requests!) the Wednesday night track sessions have been re-introduced after an absence of over a year. We aim to build the sessions from now through to the Winter. The sessions will focus on a different aspect of training than our road sessions and are complementary to rather than a substitute for the reps sessions we do on Mondays and Thursdays. As with all training, the benefits only come after months of gradual progression, so hope to see you there on a regular basis. The sessions are at the John Wright every Wednesday starting at 6:30pm. Meet in the corridor leading out to the track changed and ready to go.
