The next 5k TT takes place on Thursday 10th July. As before, the event is part of our normal Thursday training night. All the names of participants must be recorded before you leave the club so that the start order can be worked out in advance. Therefore, please go to the club for 7:30pm as usual and give your name to Russell. The invitation to participate has been extended to all runners in EK, so we look forward to seeing some new faces.
