FINAL INSTRUCTIONS
Frances will take the small tent for the Juniors to use before the Large tent arrives later
U/13 girls Emma Hutton race start is 11am number should be picked up at the school up to 30 mins before the start
U/13 boys Ben Buchanan race start at 11.16 number should be picked up at the school up to 30 mins before the start
U/15 girls Eve Lindsay race starts at 11.32 number should be picked up at the school up to 30 mins before the start.
Senior ladies @ 12.55 I will pick up the numbers and be on the course for noon.
Senior men @ 14.30 I will pick up the numbers and be on the course for noon.

Kenny will be leaving the Sports club at 11.00 with the tent so anyone wanting to travel as a group be there before 11am 
Can I ask all the Ladies to be there for 12.10 at the latest and the Men 13.30 at the latest althought it would be nice if you could be there to support the Ladies
