This years National XC will again be held in Falkirk on Saturday 23rd February.
Ladies start time is 13.00 and the men at 14.50
distance again is 10k for both.
Cost is £7.50 per head and should be paid in advance.
Please make sure your SA number is up to date.
I need names by Monday 4th February.
