Great memories of this race starting at Law. The 1st mile was epic, If I could have kept that pace for the rest of the day, I would have won, well maybe not, but well up the field. Have a great day.

Echo that Malcolm, it was during a Law to Motherwell race I realised how much time could be gained by running downhill properly - by watching folk run away from me! Took me a while to get the hang of it but still enjoy the sensation to this day, just a tad slower.
