Unfortunately I now fly out to Africa at 2pm on the afternoon of Saturday 18th so won't make the recce. My return flight leaves Africa late Thursday night and arrives back in Glasgow 9.30pm so i will be ok for the race the next morning. Apologies for any onconvenience. David

Coming from Africa your jetlag should not be too bad which is just as well as coach has you lined up for a tasty leg!
